Dora the Explorer, the popular TV show on Nickelodeon, is a great educational show for young kids. The show’s popularity has spawned a variety of products including Dora the Explorer toys. Quite the interactive show, kids will love getting something like the Rescue Pack for Christmas this year. Girls will especially love the Dora the Explorer: Dora’s Talking Dollhouse. A kid’s imagination will broaden with Dora the Explorer toys. From dolls to games, from electronics to crafts, there’s something for every child who loves the show.
It’s taken me a while to warm up to the idea of the character SpongeBob Squarepants, but I’ve loosened up over the years and have started to see some appeal. I know kids really enjoy Spongebob Squarepants games, and you can find plenty of them over at Nickelodeon’s site. And the fun doesn’t end there, you can also find board games like Monopoly SpongeBob SquarePants Edition, and of course there are video games to choose for the SpongeBob Squarepants games lover in your family. And if you want something more constructive to give to someone this Christmas, there’s also a LEGO version of the character.
High School Musical products have been popular with young teens since the Disney made-for-TV movie hit the airwaves back in 2006. And with the release of the sequel at the end of this summer, you can bet your bottom dollar that they’ll be in high demand this Christmas. You’ve got the Troy and Gabriella Doll Set (the stars of the show) and something I find rather unusual is the High School Musical - Video Games - Sing It! for Wii with Microphone. Of course, the DVD set will be a good choice for avid fans of the show, but then they’re avid fans, then it’s most likely that they’ll already have the set. So, when you’re considering High School Musical products, you may do well with the board game.
Has there ever been a show for kids that has had so much longevity and has generated so many toys based on the show? Power Rangers Legends is just one of many variations we’ve seen entertaining children these days. I recall hearing about Power Rangers hitting the airwaves and what a hit it was with kids. Martial arts teachers also got affected by it positively since the show had so many moves that made kids look cool and protect themselves. Shows like Power Rangers Legends can be a bit on the campy side at times especially from a parent’s perspective, but most classic shows are (thinking Star Trek). With so many toys to choose from, there’s sure to find something for that young person’s Christmas list this year.
